April, 1-3 2005 In the Ice sports palace "Crystal" traditional Jury  Korchin's memory tournament on ice hockey among veterans teams   was held.
The winner of tournament and the owner of a memorable cup became team  CSK VVS (Samara) which  has beaten team "Crystal" (Saratov) with the account 9:6. The third place - the team  "Kolos" ( Kanaevskaya, Krasnodar region), having won at  "Khimik" (Engels, Saratov region) with the account 6:0.  Stadium.ru

On World Masters Cross-Ski Championship, that passed in Russia, Moscow region, Krasnogorsk at 17-27 February 2005 the Russian sportsmen have won 97 gold, 82 silver and 65 bronze medals..

The victory in round was gained by team Dinamo which has won Alexey Paramonov's challenge Cup founded in connection with 80-anniversary of the Olympic champion. Three teams CSKA,"Locomotive" and "Torpedo" lead on the tournament after two rounds.
