A warm
greeting to all the sports
enthusiasts who in these
months
have followed our news about
the initiatives
related to the
European Masters Games
Lignano 2011.
This year the
EMGs were a great success
for the over 4000
competitors who challenged –
obviously with a friendly
spirit – for the 4082 medals
distributed on the 10 days
of competitions, but also
for the
Friuli Venezia Giulia
region that
welcomed them, letting them
discover its beauties and
peculiarities.
A unique land due to its
environmental and cultural
variety, able to provide
tourism opportunities that
range from sports to food
and wine, from nature to art,
with low prices and
proposals for all ages,
including offers and
promotions for this winter
season as well.
Adults
older than 75 years
and children up to
8 years old are entitled to
a
free ski pass
in all the ski
areas during the whole
season, which for children
will start with the
FREE DAY: on
December 18 all children up
to 13 years old can
access the ski runs and ski
facilities, hire the
equipment and attend ski
lessons for free.
And, if they arrive on the
previous day, the promotion
extends to hotel
accommodation as well. |
