19.11.2004	The president of the Russian Federation V.V.Putin has signed the Decree " About Federal agency on tourism and Federal agency on physical training and sports ". The federal agency on physical training, sports and tourism is transformed into Federal agency on physical training and sports.
23.06.2004	Veteran's sports Council under Federal agency on physical training, sports and tourism is taking from Federations applications on inclusion of its kind of sports to program V-th Russian Open Masters Games !!!Applications must be directed to the Chairman of Council V.Marshev in the any form with the indication of a place and date of competitions, of sportsmen age groups of and with the appendix of the Project of the estimate of competitions. 22.03.2004	The decree of the President of the Russian Federation from March, 9, 2004 "About the system and the structure of federal enforcement authorities abolishs the State committee of the Russian Federation on physical training and sports. Its functions are transferred the created Federal agency on physical training, sports and tourism of Ministry of Health and social development of the Russian Federation
